Grameenphone introduces an exciting bundle offer. Under this offer all existing & new GP Prepaid & Postpaid users will get free 6GB 1Mbps 3G data with purchase of 3G modem at Tk. 1,449 upon successful tagging. In addition, there will be an option to avail 2GB 1Mbps 3G data @ BDT 350 (VAT inclusive) for maximum 10 times during campaign period in next 3 months.
Modalityand Terms & Conditions:
GP modemswill be available for customersat BDT 1,449 (only modem) nationwidein Grameenphone centers& retail outlets
During campaign period, any new modem user will get6GB free 3G data with 10 days validity upon valid tagging with his/her GP prepaid or postpaid connections
Free 6GB data will be disbursedin three phases (2GB + 2GB + 2GB). First 2GB data will be disbursedwithin 72 hours of valid tagging request; seconddata will be disbursedon 31stday of the tagging and rest 2GB will be disbursedon 60th day
In addition there will be an option to avail 2GB 1Mbps 3G Pack @ BDT 350 (VAT inclusive, valid for 30 days). This specialdiscountedInternetoffer can be availed maximum 10 (ten) timesover next 3 (three) monthsfrom offer opt in time during campaignperiod after valid tagging.
To avail free & discounted3G data offer, customers requiresvalid tagging of his/her modemwith any active GP Prepaid or Postpaid connection.
For Modem - SIM tagging , customer need to send an SMS “Offer” to 4777 (SMS charge is free) from his/her newly purchasedmodem.
For both new & existingSIM, tagging will be done after 72 hours of sending request.
Customerswill geta confirmationSMS after successfultagging and free 2GB data will be disbursedaccordingly
After 24 hours of free data disbursement,customer need to send SMS “Y” to 4724 (SMS charge is free) for availing discounteddata
If a customer consumesfree data volumeor 2GB discounteddata before expiry date, h/she will be charged BDT .01/10KB till the endof the ongoing validity period.
After validity expirationof the discounteddata offer, internetwill be deactivated. Customer need to send SMS each time to avail discounteddata.
Customerneeds to stay bundledwith Modem + SIM during theapplicable data disbursementperiod
If a customer avails this offerfrom any volume based packages (except 2G 3MB, 3G 4MB, 3G 75MB & 3G 250MB packs), then the 2GB internet will also be carry forwarded (only for prepaid customers)
Customerwill need to have sufficientbalance (for prepaid) or sufficientcredit limit while requestingto opt in for thespecial offereach time.
Auto Renewalis not applicable. After validity expiration, internetwill be deactivated. Customer need to send SMS each time if he/she wants to avail the discounteddata offer
To checkInternetbalance, dial *567# for both Prepaid and Postpaid.
If anyonewants to deactivate or stop usingthis specialinternet offerbefore theexpiry date they can do it by sending stopto 5000 (free of cost).
Customerwill get after sales service as per ZTE/Huawei’s After-Sales Servicepolicy.
Campaign duration: 2 months from thelaunch date.
